1) Download the archive from the link(s) in the text file.

For mass file uploads, use the MEGA Desktop App application

2) Unzip the downloaded archive and place the Telegram.exe file in it (not included in the archive, must be downloaded from the official website).

That is, the tdata folder and the Telegram.exe file should be in the SAME directory.

To avoid unforeseen problems, use the latest version of Telegram.

3) Run Telegram.exe and use the account.
